Beef Share — Harvest Waitlist

This list is for a future animal — not the shares listed on this page today. If a beef share is showing above, that one is ready to reserve right now; this list is how you claim the next one.

There's no charge to join and no deposit today. We only list a share once the animal has reached the final stretch of its life on pasture, so when nothing is listed, the waitlist is the way in.

When your animal enters its final stage of finishing, we'll reach out with a deposit request to lock in your share — you'll have one week to confirm. If you need to pass on that animal, just let us know and you keep your place in line for the next one.

Choose a whole, a half, a forequarter or a hindquarter. A forequarter is chuck, brisket, rib and shank; a hindquarter carries the loin, sirloin, round and tenderloin.
