This SMS Terms & Privacy notice explains how Base Camp Farm and Ranch ("we," "us," or "our") uses text messaging. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Program description
When you opt in to our SMS program, we send text messages related to your orders and farm pickups (such as order confirmations and pickup scheduling) and, if you choose, occasional farm updates and promotions from Base Camp Farm and Ranch.
How to opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and consenting at checkout, on a sign-up form, or by texting us. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your orders.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out and help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will stop sending messages. You may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to transmit your text messages and respond to you, including sharing it with our SMS service provider solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile opt-in data or phone number. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted only to help us provide the service and is not for their independent use. All other categories of use and sharing of your information are described in our Privacy Policy.
