Reserve your animal now and lock in farm-direct pricing. Place a deposit to hold your share of a beef steer, lamb, or hog. The animal is raised to finish on our pastures, then processed at a USDA-inspected facility. You pick up your custom-cut, vacuum-sealed order from the farm or designated drop point.

How it works: Pay a deposit today → we raise your animal → you specify your cut sheet at processing time → freezer-ready meat is ready for pickup, typically within 4–8 months for beef and 2–4 months for lamb and pork.
