Right now: Farm Pickup

All orders are currently fulfilled by pickup at the farm in Rusk, Texas. When you place an order, we'll reach out by email to schedule a pickup time that works for you.

We're centrally located for the Dallas, Houston, and Shreveport areas — about two hours from each — and a convenient drive for folks in Tyler, Jacksonville, and Nacogdoches.

Coming Fall 2026: FedEx Frozen Shipping

We're building out a FedEx frozen shipping channel. Starting fall 2026, we'll ship frozen beef, pork, and lamb to most of the continental United States, packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs and shipped overnight or 2-day. We'll only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Poultry and eggs are pickup-only and are never shipped.

Subscribers to our mailing list get access first when shipping launches.


Notes on frozen products

Everything we sell is vacuum-sealed and frozen at processing. Store in your freezer — most cuts keep well for 12–18 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, never on the counter. Once thawed, cook within 3 days.


Deposit orders (pre-harvest shares)

Whole hog, whole or half lamb, and similar pre-harvest deposits are handled separately. When your animal is ready for processing, we'll contact you to confirm your cut sheet preferences and schedule pickup. Deposits are non-refundable unless we're unable to fulfill the order, in which case your deposit is returned in full.
