Reserve a whole or half animal before harvest. Pay a deposit now, customize your cut sheet before processing, and pick up at the farm. Your animal is processed at the same USDA-inspected facility (EST. 48219) as our retail cuts and packaged to your cut sheet. Available for hog, lamb/mutton, and beef (coming soon). Deposits are fully refundable if we can't fulfill.
