Whole Chickens

Pasture-raised whole chickens from our broiler flock at Base Camp Farm & Ranch. Each bird is processed fresh on-farm, individually weighed, and frozen. Sizes typically range from 3 to 6+ lbs.

Pickup only — poultry is never shipped. Our chickens are processed on-farm under the federal producer/grower poultry exemption (Poultry Products Inspection Act; 9 CFR 381.10), which limits sales to within Texas and direct from the farm. Pick up at 377 County Road 1322, Rusk, TX 75785.
